چکیده
This paper presents an experimental evaluation of the flexural response non-load bearing precast concrete insulated partially-composite wall panels fabricated with varying layouts ductile shear ties. The out-of-plane, one-way, single span load-displacement relationship is obtained for each panel via pseudo-static testing using a water bladder apparatus. Panel specimens constructed several tie are examined potential improvements in performance relative to current construction methods. influence pattern, insulation type, and concrete-insulation interface examined. Results indicate that placement additional ties regions higher demands can enhance overall capacity ductility panel. Test results show good agreement numerical predictions both deflection ductility. deformation histories including full deflected shapes used develop deformation-dependent load-mass transformation factors blast-resistant design dynamic analysis. Lastly, strain energy at load-deflection milestones calculated as preliminary approximation blast resistance

Connections for Precast Concrete Load-bearing Shear Wall Panels
Precast load-bearing shear wall panels are used extensively for high-rise construction because of the ease and speed of assembly, and the high quality of the precast panels. The connections between panels are extremely important since they affect both the speed of erection '~md the overall integrity of the structure. This paper presents the results of a four-year research program conducted to i...
متن کاملSeismic Design Considerations for Precast Concrete Shear Wall Connections
The performance of precast shear wall panel structures subjected to earthquakes relies on the behaviour and integrity of the connections between the panels. The current lack of knowledge on the seismic behaviour of precast wall connections limits the use of such systems in earthquake areas. This paper presents results of an extensive experimental program undertaken at the University of Manitoba...

Flexural Behaviour of Precast, Prestressed Ribbed RPC Bottom Panels
This study introduces a new type of precast, prestressed reactive powder concrete (RPC) bottom panel for a large-span composite slab. The bottom panels, which have one or two inverted ribs with openings, act as formwork during the construction stage. The paper experimentally investigated the crack characteristics, deflection, and normal section bearing capacity of four precast, prestressed ribb...
متن کاملComposite Behavior of Insulated Concrete Sandwich Wall Panels Subjected to Wind Pressure and Suction
A full-scale experimental test was conducted to analyze the composite behavior of insulated concrete sandwich wall panels (ICSWPs) subjected to wind pressure and suction. The experimental program was composed of three groups of ICSWP specimens, each with a different type of insulation and number of glass-fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) shear grids. The degree of composite action of each specime...
